How should I send my address list to you?
You can send any addresses, signage text, etc. via Word or Excel.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check or credit card (via Venmo or Paypal). Full payment must be made before the final product is shipped.
Do I need to provide extra materials?
For envelopes, place cards, and other products of that nature, please provide an additional 15% of materials to account for corrections or last minute additions.
How long does it take to complete an order?
Each order is typically custom and can vary in length of time it takes to complete (which we will chat about once your request is submitted). Typically, two to three weeks is the general timeline for envelopes and signs. Rush orders are available for an additional charge, so don't shy away if your event is coming up sooner than that! We can discuss the scope of the project and see how I can help.
How will I receive my order/how can I get supplies to you?
I live in the Philadelphia area, so if you're close by we can arrange to meet and exchange supplies/for final product drop-off. Otherwise, I can receive materials and can ship out final products via UPS or the postal service.
